Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Options & Rates
We offer the following delivery services within the UK:

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination. Customs charges, VAT, and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). You can track your parcel through the carrier’s website.

Click & Collect (if applicable)
You may collect your order in-store for free. Select Click & Collect at checkout and you’ll be notified when your order is ready.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at azaanandcoshop@gmail.com so we can assist.
